Submit any one of the following documents showing your current residential address.
Passport, Driving licence, proof of possession of Aadhaar number, Voter's Identity Card issued by the Election Commission of India, job card issued by NREGA duly signed by an officer of the State Government and letter issued by the National Population Register containing details of name and address.
Copy of your PAN card is required. You may submit Form-60 if your income is below taxable limit and if you have not applied for PAN.
Self-attested photocopies needs to be submitted along with the original documents.
