What is my daily transaction limit?
our daily transaction limit is Rs.50,000 which can be changed by you in the Mobile Banking App.

Are my transactions confidential & secure?
Yes. All transactions are secured with your MPIN. No information is stored on the device and data flow is secured with end to end encryption

Will I be able to register for Nexa mobile banking app if I have not availed NetBanking or if my NetBanking login ID is disabled/Blocked?
Yes. You can register for our Mobile Banking App Nexa.

I don't know my MPIN
Please use the FORGOT MPIN option in the app to reset your MPIN. You can always contact us if you are facing any issues in resetting MPIN
