Can I get add-on card?
Yes. Add-on cards are issued to family members. The add-on cardholder  may/may not be an accountholder of the bank.

How many ATM transactions are free every month?
5 transaction including financial and non-financial ATM transaction are free on non-Bharat Bank ATMs. All transactions on Bharat Bank ATMs are free.

I used my Bharat Bank debit card in a Bharat Bank ATM. The money was debited but not dispensed.
The amount will be reversed within 24 hours. If not, visit your nearest Bharat Bank branch and submit a dispute form.
