You can cheque your account balance in Mobile Banking App (Nexa), Netbanking. You can also send SMS keyword BAL to 9223009999 from your registered mobile number to know the balance in your Primary Account linked to your mobile number.
Send BAL<space><last 4 digits of Account No> (e.g. BAL 4567) to 9223009999 from your registered mobile number, if you have more than one account linked to the Mobile Number to get balance of a specific account.
You may also give a missed call to 9223009999 from your registered mobile number. In the subsequent IVR call received from the bank, select 1 to know your account balance.
